The Senior Manager of Analytics and Operations will report to the Executive Director Market Access and Value. This role will assist in the development of launch preparedness and follow up with post launch activities including all aspect of data aggregation. This position will also assist in the identification of new capabilities and opportunities to drive analytics innovation and value creation. May be called upon to coordinate supply and demand planning activities, including forecasting, and coordination with sales, marketing, and product supply to create and manage analytics tools, reports, and decision-making models to drive growth and informed, data-driven business management.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Provide strategic insight to ensure specific market access goals and perspectives are integrated and activated across the brand life cycle management objectives.
  • Evaluate various data inputs to better equip the organization’s success.
  • Coordinate data activities with other departments to ensure effective and efficient protocols are in place.
  • Assist the market access leadership team in developing best-in-class data analytics to ensure appropriate access for Replimune products.
  • Establish key performance indicator (KPI) measurement platform and produce standardized performance measurement reporting
  • Produce data outputs to be used in developing executive level presentations.
  • Develop and produce quarterly performance reports for executive level review.
  • Drive the implementation of next generation technology and process to enable enterprise data analytics on pace with emerging integrated data sources.
  • Build and implement metric-based processes to manage KPIs specific to market access.
  • Assist other departments and colleagues with gross to net analysis, forecasting and demand planning activities.
  • Form cross-functional teams to assist in identifying new capabilities and opportunities to drive analytics innovation and value creation.
  • Effective communication skills, and data storytelling with data visualization.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate analytical and technical concepts in layman’s terms.
  • Willing to undertake various responsibilities outside of your area of expertise as opportunity presents.

 

Qualifications

Education:

  • College degree with MBA preferred

 Experience and skill requirement:

  • Must have 5+ years of experience with enabling novel analytics capabilities across business areas
  • Functional knowledge across market access, pricing and contracting, life cycle management and patient services for integration within team
  • Customer-centric approaches with sustainability and scalability
  • Understanding of commercialization process
  • Commercial experience with product launches in the US
  • Working knowledge of market access, patient access and support services, pricing and contracting approaches
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated history of successful execution in a fast-paced environment and in managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Ability to influence cross-functional leaders at Director level
  • Good understanding of clinical development functional areas and related processes is preferred
  • Proven track-record with leading complex cross-functional initiatives
