Replimune is currently looking for an individual to join our Commercial Operations team as a Director Data, Analytics and Reporting. This role will report into the Executive Director Commercial Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading commercial data management, analytics and reporting for Replimune as we build out the Commercial organization. The individual in this role is expected to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, prioritize and manage their time effectively, and take initiative to identify and analyze critical unmet needs in the commercial group.

 

 This position is based in our Woburn office and welcomes hybrid work! Local candidates are expected to be on-site 2 days per week. 

Responsibilities

  • Work with key stakeholders across the commercial organization in a consultative fashion (Sales, Marketing, Market Research, Market Access colleagues) to execute data strategy, standard analytics (dashboards, KPI reporting), and ad-hoc advanced analysis.
  • Work closely with Market Research team to develop strong understanding of the Melanoma market.
  • Work closely with the data warehouse IT team in sourcing, procurement, and integration of data from various vendors and sources
  • Deliver key strategic and tactical contributions to Commercial data strategy, governance, and stewardship.
  • Lead the development and tracking of launch KPIs and goals in collaboration with Sales and Marketing
  • Deliver key analytics efforts such as segmentation, marketing mix, digital analytics, triggers and other ROI processes to support evaluation of pre-launch and promotional activities.
  • Build out, manage, and update business intelligence dashboards and field reporting tools.
  • Conduct data analysis in areas such as use and adoption of brands within indication, persistency, etc.
  • Provide thought leadership to direct vendor analyses in advanced analytics.
  • Develop regular presentations for key stakeholders including Marketing Team and Senior Leadership.

Qualifications

Education:   

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or similar preferred

 Required Experience: 

  •  7+ years relevant analytics or consulting experience in the pharmaceutical industry and at least 4 years managing data, analytics and reporting
  • Consulting experience preferred
  • Oncology experience strongly preferred
  • Functional knowledge, coupled with business acumen, personal credibility, and outstanding leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the company, and demonstrated ability to manage by influence and problem-solve in a highly matrixed organization
  • Extensive experience with data analytics including analysis of longitudinal patient claims data, EMR and lab data, hands-on experience with tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • Ability to write code to query data and conduct analysis (SQL, SAS, R, and/ or similar)
  • Experience in building dashboards and reports for senior leadership and field teams
