Job Summary: 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced technical business partner to act as a business partner to our commercial operations team.  The candidate should possess strong CRM leadership and technical experience.  The position will lead our Commercial CRM implementation and operations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader with extensive expertise in Salesforce, Veeva and Oracle and other advanced marketing tools. This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee the development and execution of our CRM strategies to drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.  This role will be expected to manage all technology needs and project for the Commercial division.

 

 

This position is based in our Woburn office and welcomes hybrid work! Local candidates are expected to be on-site 2 days per week. 

 

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and maintenance of the CRM systems, primarily Veeva, to ensure they meet the organization's requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of various marketing tools and platforms with the CRM (Salesforce/Veeva) system to enhance marketing automation and customer interaction and manage a team of CRM developers, analysts, and administrators, providing leadership, guidance, and training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, market access, medical, and IT to ensure CRM strategies are effectively implemented and integrated across all channels.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Oracle as a data warehouse and experience with Master Data Management including experience managing data analytics
  • Experience with delivery and management of technology for field staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in data handling and privacy in life sciences and healthcare domains.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field plus 12+ years of experience
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Developer, Certified Salesforce Application Architect). Veeva, Oracle and Agile certifications.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA or Asana.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Other responsibilities

  • Interface with the marketing team for managing web properties.
  • Project management for future software deployment
  • Any additional needs as part of the IT department at Replimune.

Qualifications

Education:   

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent practical experience plus 10 + years of experience.

 

Required Experience: 

  • Experience with Commercial Pharmaceutical industry operations.
  • Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, JavaScript, or Apex.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce/Veeva, Oracle architecture, configuration, and customization.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager.
