Job Summary
The Total Rewards Manager at Replimune will be a key member of the HR team supporting Replimune’s compensation and benefit program initiatives . This is a hands-on role in which you will contribute to the development and administration of Replimune’s benefits and compensation programs. The Total Rewards Manager will also contribute to overall HR team projects and initiatives. This position will report to the Sr. Director, Total Rewards & HRIS.
This position is based in our Woburn office and welcomes hybrid work! Local candidates are expected to be on-site 2 days per week
